Started From Real Problems
Back in 2019, I was watching local businesses throw money at app developers who'd disappear after delivery. The apps looked pretty but crashed constantly, had terrible user experiences, or just didn't solve the actual business problem.
That's when we realized something crucial: most app development focuses on features instead of outcomes. We decided to flip that approach completely.
Our first client was a Saskatchewan restaurant chain whose previous app had a 1.8-star rating. Six months later, their new app hit 4.6 stars and increased online orders by 340%. Not because we added more features, but because we removed the ones that didn't work.
